The Men’s Mind Project aims to increase the understanding of young men’s mental health and to improve access to mental health services.

The project engaged with 12 young men, working with them to better understand their thoughts and experiences about masculinities, mental health wellbeing, help seeking and participating in research.

The project also explores more meaningful and accessible research methods and approaches.
